		<description>Once again, you are right. I try to keep the reasons for walking always in mind and so far I&#039;ve been pretty good about getting to it every day. I go first thing in the morning and try to put in another session in the afternoon.  I have not been even near a marathon, so I can&#039;t use this as an inspiration but will check out youtube.</description>
